    • A ground floor with a reception, restaurant, ‘back of house’ areas and activities, and a fitness centre;
    • No on site car parking; and
    • A bus and car drive through loading and drop-off facility – entrance off Cambridge Terrace and exit onto Worcester Boulevard;
