Description of proposed activity:

Cashmere Fields Ltd has submitted a Private Plan Change (PPC18) request to rezone approximately 25 hectares of Rural Urban Fringe Zone (RuUF) to Residential New Neighbourhood Zone (RNN).

The site is located between Cashmere Road and Sparks Road, adjacent to the suburb of Hoon Hay. The proposed rezoning anticipates a yield of approximately 300 residential lots.

• 17 Northaw Street (Lot 2 DP 412488)
• 36 Leistrella Road (Lot 3 DP 412488)
• 240 Cashmere Road (Lot 23 DP 3217)
• 236 Cashmere Road (RS 41613)
• 200 Cashmere Road (Lot 1 DP 547021)
• 60 Leistrella Road (Part of Lot 406 DP 561520)

PPC18 proposes to amend the Hendersons Outline Development Plan (ODP) and if approved, would extend the existing ODP area to provide for additional residential development. A minor change is also proposed to the ODP text.
