Meeting details and decision making process

The Council will make a decision after they have read the staff report, considered all feedback and heard from those who have requested to speak to their submission.

Venue: Boardroom, Fendalton Service Centre, Corner Jeffreys and Clyde Roads, Fendalton

This is a public meeting and will be livestreamed so you can watch online.

If you would like to attend in person, please note there is limited space in the Fendalton Boardroom and priority will be given to those who have requested to speak to their submission.
