  • Approved to retain the existing clay jump at Jeffreys Reserve for a further trial period of 12 months.
  • Approved bus stop upgrades at 150 Cavendish Road, 126 Wairakei Road, 20 Rossall Street, 198 Maidstone Road and 1 Bentley Street.
  • Approved proposed road names for 232 Highsted Road and 65 Grampian Street
  • Approved Radcliffe Road Corridor improvements
  • Approved intersection improvements at Marshland Road/Main North Road/Spencerville Road
  • Approved installation of right-turn arrows at Glandovey/Heaton/Rossall/Strowan intersection
  • Granted an easement for fibre installation to Enable - at Tulett Park
  • Approved a Better-Off Fund application to Belfast Community Network Inc
  • Approved a Youth Development Funds to:
    • Kaitlyn Adams towards the Canoe Polo World Championships in Germany
    • Burnside High School towards eight students attending the Spirit of Adventure Discovery Voyage
    • Adopted the Waimāero Fendalton-Waimairi-Harewood 2026-28 Community Board Plan
  • Approved the construction of a new storeroom at Jellie Park Recreation & Sport Centre
  • Approved applications to its Discretionary Response Fund to:
    • Belfast Residents' Association
    • Burnside Bowling Club
    • Heartfelt NZ Trust
    • Wildlife Veterinary Trust
