  • Approved the construction of a new padel court at Bishopdale Tennis Club.
  • Approved a Road Stopping at 23 Holmwood Road.
  • Approved the design for the Hyde Park play space renewal.
  • Allocated the Fendalton-Waimairi-Harewood 2025/26 Strengthening Communities Fund.
  • Allocated the 2025/26 Board Projects funding from the 2025/26 Discretionary Response Fund.
  • Approved applications from the 2025/26 Discretionary Response Fund to St Mark's Presbyterian Church and St Christopher's Anglican Church.
  • Approved Road Stopping at 40 Garden Road, Merivale.
  • Approved Road Names for subdivision at 275 Highsted Road - Kōmanawa Place and Mikimiki Lane.
  • Resolved to not fill the vacancy on the Board following the resignation of Shirish Paranjape as it is so close to the elections.
  • Resolved to appoint a new member to the Riccarton Bush Trust following the elections.
  • Approved the installation of a Kea Crossing on Johnswood Avenue, Belfast.
  • Approved No Stopping Restrictions at a number of intersections along Glasnevin Drive, Casebrook.
  • Approved an amendment to the Standing Orders in regards to the timeframes for the submitting of Notice of Motions.
  • Approved two applications to the Board's Better-Off Fund - installation of a path from Spring Grove to the Northern Corridor and a contribution to Year 2 of the Burnside/Bryndwr community worker.
  • Approved Discretionary Response Fund applications to St Aidan's Church Bryndwr, Burnside West Christchurch University Cricket Club, Nomads United Football Club, Belfast Community Network Inc and the Circability Trust.
  • Approved a trial of establishing small dirt bike jumps in Jeffreys Reserve.
