• Approved proposed parking restrictions on Jamell Place.
• Approved a new road name at Styx Mill Road.
• Approved an easement over a Reserve in Westholme Street.
• Approved an application to the Board's Discretionary Response Fund for the Village Community Centre.
• Approved the McLeans Grassland Park Reserve Management Plan and Concept Plan to be released for public consultation.
• Approved the landscape plan for native forest and walkways in the eastern part of Belfast Cemetery.
• Approved the installation of two throwing circles and temporary cage, a permanent long-jump pit, synthetic run-up of 45x1m and a 10m x 12m synthetic square to serve as a high jump run-up for the University of Canterbury Athletics Club at Fendalton Park.
• Approved No Stopping restrictions on Clyde Road near the intersection of Greers Road.
