• Approved the removal of six trees in the Bishopdale Mall carpark to allow for redesigning of the carpark.
• Approved P30 and P120 parking restrictions on Staveley Street at the shopping centre.
• Approved new road names for developments at 130 Styx Mill Road, 244 Gardiners Road and 132 Claridges Road.
• Approved the Waimaero Fendalton-Waimairi-Harewood Community Parks Rolling Renewal Programme.
• Approved No Stopping restrictions on Athol Terrace.
• Approved changing the P1 parking restriction outside Fendalton School to a P3.
• Approved Better-Off Fund applications to The Parish of Merivale St Albans and the Riccarton Sports Hub Trust.
• Approved Discretionary Response Fund applications to Burnside Squash Rackets Club Incorporated, St Margaret's Church, Yaldhurst School, Anglican Diocese of Christchurch Parish of Burnside Harewood, Kiribati Federation Aotearoa Incorporated.
• Adopted the Community Board's 2025-2028 schedule of Ordinary Meetings.
• Approved the Bryndwr Road Street Renewal plan. (Note: The Board approved Option 2 rather than the staff recommended Option 1).
