The Redcliffs Residents Association (RRA) is having another multi-purpose and all inclusive community event - mark your diary for Monday evening 30th March at the Bowling Club Function Centre, 9 James Street, open from 6pm onward.

As well as refreshments and an open bar, there will be local groups to network with, RRA committee members to meet, and three noted speakers on the general subject of "Third Age Planning".

Speakers will start at 7pm. We have:

Martin Hawes, well-known author and advisor, on Managing Money

Unicia Veer, chartered accountant, on Financial Planning

Jenny Heffer regional leader of the Retirement Village Residents Association, giving a resident's view of retirement villages

Not just of interest to those of a certain age, but for those who may graduate to that age too, or maybe have older relatives to consider.

And while we are on the subject of community, the RRA is looking for new committee members for 2026/27 to refresh our group and add to our skills base, and we need a newsletter editor. Interested in getting involved? We meet on the second Monday of the month at 7.30pm at the Redcliffs Library.
