Based on feedback, staff have put forward advice and potential changes for the Hearings Panel to consider before they make recommendations to Council. You can read more about these in the 'Staff advice to support the deliberations' section of the agenda below.

Meeting details and decision making process

A Hearings Panel has been formed to read the staff report, consider all feedback and hear from those who wish to speak to them about their submission. The Hearings Panel will then make recommendations to the full Council.

Dates: 12, 13, 14 March 2025

Time: from 9.30am

Venue: Council Chambers, Civic Offices, 53 Hereford Street, Christchurch

You’re welcome to attend the Hearing in person. It will also be recorded. If you asked to speak you should already have a time booked. If you asked to speak but have not received a speaking time, please contact Hearings@ccc.govt.nz as soon as possible.
