A community board plan is a three-year plan that sets out the community board’s vision and priorities for the local community during their term. It guides decisions on local activities, projects and facilities and helps the board understand what their communities would like them to advocate for.
The plan is a key strategic document to be included in the preparation of wider Council planning budgeting processes including the Long Term Plan.
