The Events and Festivals Sponsorship Fund is now open for applications for events taking place between 1 July 2025 and 30 June 2026.

This year, we’re offering 15-minute online meetings before applications open with our Funding Contract Managers to answer any questions you may have about eligibility, requirements, priorities, or navigating the new SmartyGrants system. If this is your first time applying or you’re seeking funding for a new event, we highly recommend booking a session.

Below are the blocks of time available to book a meeting within. If you would like to secure a meeting, please respond to this email with the date and time window you would like to speak to a Funding Contract Manager and we will send you a calendar invitation for a 15 minute timeslot within that window.

• Wednesday 5^th March – 12pm to 3:30pm
• Friday 7^th March – 8am to 11am
• Monday 10^th March – 12pm to 3:30pm
• Wednesday 12^th March – 9am to 12pm

Before booking a pre-application meeting or applying, please ensure your event meets the eligibility criteria, and we encourage you to review the application guidelines. Applications will close at 11:59 pm on Sunday, 30 March 2025.
